Suit Geek Dinner Party | Sake Edition
The Chinese New Year has just passed and it's the beginning of another new year. For PRINCIPLE M, the year 2023 holds a great significance. Coming to 2023 means that we have officially crossed the first decade in menswear. From youthfulness to maturity, we are about to open the next chapter.
This month, we took the moment to invite a few old Suit Geek friends who never miss a good opportunity to dress up and enjoy some good food to a small gathering at the Wangjing Hyatt Shunpachi restaurant to celebrate this important moment, to talk about what we have gained in this decade, about what opportunities await us in the next decade, and more over, just to enjoy some gourmet food and have a good time.
The theme of the dinner was sake. The Japanese sake master we invited presented eight different styles of sake for this dinner and personally explained the story, tasting style and etiquette of each sake to the guests
The richness of sake's aromas and the complexity of the layers of taste flowing between the lips and teeth was certainly an exploration of sensory acuity.
The encounter between friends accompanied with good food and alcohol was destined to be a joyful experience. A few hours of gathering passed by in a blur. There are many more stories to be told in the world of suits, and this dinner is just the beginning - in 2023, We will be holding a series of 10th Anniversary Suit Geek events, the Spring Suit Ride and anniversary party that many are waiting for are also on the agenda, so stay tuned.
