For many of our clients, a visit to Beijing isn't practical. Over the years, we've refined a remote bespoke process that delivers the same attention to fit, design, and craftsmanship from anywhere in the world.

The process is straightforward, collaborative, and designed to give first-time clients confidence in the final result.

Step 1 — Consultation & Design

We begin with a video consultation where we'll discuss how and where you'll wear the garment, your style preferences, and the details that matter most to you.

During the call, I'll guide you through a series of measurements, review the fit of garments you already own, and recommend fabrics based on your needs. Afterward, I'll prepare a curated fabric selection tailored specifically to your brief.

Step 2 — Trial Garment

For first-time clients, I strongly recommend starting with a trial garment.

Using the measurements from our consultation, we'll create a fitting garment that allows us to refine balance, posture, proportions, and overall fit before cutting into your chosen cloth. We'll review it together over video, making any adjustments necessary to ensure the final garment fits exactly as intended.

The trial garment is yours to keep and does not need to be returned.

Trial Garment Suit: $200 USD (including worldwide shipping, lead time 4-6 weeks)

Curated Fabric & Design

Following our consultation, I’ll curate a personalized selection of fabrics based on everything we discussed, including your lifestyle, climate, intended use, and aesthetic preferences.

Bespoke suits begin at $1,880 USD, although most commissions fall between approximately $2,000 and $3,000 depending on the fabric selected. Within this range, we offer an extensive selection of cloth from renowned Italian and English mills, while more luxurious and specialized fabrics are priced higher.

You’ll receive a detailed proposal with recommended fabrics, clear pricing, and my thoughts on the character and suitability of each option to help you make an informed decision.

We will send this before your trial garment fitting, as it is helpful to have an idea of your preferred fabric while going through the fitting process.

Step 3 — Your Bespoke Garment

Once the fitting has been approved, we begin crafting your final garment.

Each piece is individually cut and made using your bespoke pattern and finished by hand in our Beijing workshop. The result is clothing designed specifically for your body, your preferences, and the way you wear it.

Once your pattern has been established, future commissions become even simpler, allowing you to explore new fabrics and seasonal additions with confidence.
